This nonprofit organization, AEAH, was formed for one primary purpose: to make the public aware of the systematic abuse of technological advancements and how regular citizens are being weaponized to exert influence and control over other Americans.
We are going to call this phenomenon "Street Theater." This is not to belittle the severity of the crime, nor is it to suggest that these individuals are "acting." On the contrary, these are real people, doing real, stupid things for a particular amount of money. They are taking directives from a distinct operative, receiving orders to perform specific actions with the singular goal of creating a scripted deception.
They fully focus on avoiding getting caught. They do not want to take accountability for their actions. It is a system built on deception, where the core objective is to make you feel like you are under constant surveillance, while the operatives themselves hide in the shadows. But after 15 years of observing this activity across multiple states, patterns have reemerged. And patterns are what allow us to dismantle the script.
The Incident: Coordinated Tracking
Consider a simple, everyday situation. A target, a male in his 40s, is at a home store with his elderly mother. The situation is normal. However, the system of DDoP (Distributed Denial of Privacy) is already active. Operators, receiving directives from their handler, have established a surveillance "cage." These people will part some ways away from your vehicle, keeping an eye on it while you shop. They are on their cell phones, sending synchronized messages to their operators.
The whole idea is to make you feel like you are under constant surveillance. As you walk back to your car, you will notice them turn on their vehicles. The message is, "We see you, and we are ready to go." At this point, the coordinated movement begins.
Identifying the Pattern: The Vehicle
There is a pattern that reemerges with striking frequency that every target must pay attention to: the vehicles. These operators are often driving low-level, arguably "crappy" vehicles. This is intentional. The operators will use these individuals in sacrificial cars to cause a fraudulent accident. It is in your best interest to have a dash camera active and to report, document, and note the make, model, and, most importantly, the license plate number of these cars.
Through my own analysis, I have pinpointed a distinct pattern. These operators often utilize vehicles from a particular make, specifically **Kia**. When you notice this reoccurring pattern, you are not witnessing a coincidence; you have uncovered a signature of the system. I advise everyone dealing with this phenomenon to document every Kia vehicle that engages in coordinated tracking and submit it to our Exposed Feed database.
Violation: 18 U.S.C. § 2261A
By utilizing technology and coordinated movement to harass an individual across different states and create a state of constant, distressful surveillance, the operatives are engaging in a course of conduct with the intent to injure, harass, and place under surveillance a person, a federal felony punishable by imprisonment.
The Deception of V2K and B2K
The "Street Theater" on the ground is matched by a psychological theater in the mind, fueled by the system known as V2K (Voice-to-Skull) or B2K (Brain-to-Computer). It is the technology that is allowing these individuals to be so stupid, using illegal tracking and ham radios to erode the constitutional rights of other Americans. They want to make you feel as though you are trapped, a script often communicated by them as "We got them a lot." This makes no sense. "Got you" is past tense. It’s a trick. Tailgating you is not "getting you." It’s just stupid.
My advice is simple: If you are experiencing V2K, let it harmonize. Let it sing. Don't care about it. As long as you know yourself, no one is able to control you. These people are bullies with technology. If they were standing in front of you, they wouldn’t say a word. The repetition in what they say is no different from a dog’s bark. A dog’s bark will alert you to some factual information, but the repetition of the bark itself is just a sound with no inherent meaning. This technology is a tool, and while useful when used correctly, it cannot have influence over a mind that is mindful.
Violation: 18 U.S.C. § 2511
Using V2K/B2K technology to project voices or thoughts into another American's mind without their consent constitutes an illegal interception and use of oral and electronic communications, a federal offense. Threats made via this system are also prosecutable as terroristic threats.
Tactical Response: Merciful De-escalation
When you are in the middle of a "Street Theater" production, the natural instinct is to react. But you must understand that everything you do is being watched for a reaction. My only recommendation is to ignore their stupidity. dealing with people that are pretty much low-level of thinking ability. Have mercy on them. They don't know you, you don't know them. The heat they want to intensify has nowhere to come from. This is likely the only way they have to make money, so have mercy, but ignore it.
If they are tailgating you or driving recklessly like a mad person (possibly under the influence of drugs or mental health issues), simply pull over and let them go around. Let those individuals pass by. We all have driver's licenses, insurance, and minds. We must be mindful. They have no respect for street laws. Your best interest is in documented de-escalation, not in matching their stupidity.
Violation: State Penal Codes
The coordinated movements—specifically designed to create a "cage" around a vehicle, synchronized traffic interference, and aggressive driving—are violations of state reckless driving statutes and constitute criminal conspiracy to commit harassment when two or more operatives work together for a harmful purpose.
This will soon end for them. We will know the individuals behind it, why they were doing it, when they were doing it, how they were doing it, and what they intended when they were doing it. Until then, report, document, and get those license plate numbers. Patterns are the answer to all of this. Nehemiah signing out.
